Allergen-Free Pop-up Dinner with the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, St Louis Chapter (AAFA-STL) and Chef Brian Hale

Join me for an awesome dinner for THE BHIVE’s This Is Not a Restaurant Series. I am so excited to help promote such a cool event that advocates for the allergy community.
Am I going to see you there? I will be at the 6pm Seating!

Chef Brian Hale, previously Executive Chef of Chase Park Plaza and Monarch, will be creating a one-night-only, delicious 5-course menu that is made without any of the “Big-8” Food Allergies: Milk, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Fish, Crustacean Shellfish and Wheat. The inspiration for the event was to spread awareness of food allergies, create a unique event that is accessible to those with food allergies, and demonstrate that eating with food allergies can still be delicious. The dinner is hosted by THE BHIVE at Brennan’s to benefit AAFA-STL. It is the 36th Dinner in THE BHIVE’s This is Not a Restaurant series.

About the Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America, St. Louis Chapter
For almost 40 years, the Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America, St. Louis Chapter (AAFA-STL) has provided free prescription  medication and coaching to help low income children with asthma and allergies thrive.  Last year, over 773 children and their families were able to breathe easier because of the foundation’s support.  In addition, AAFA-STL helps school nurses in over 280 schools throughout the St. Louis region by providing them with nebulizers and other equipment to stop an asthma emergency at school instead of sending children to the emergency room or home.  The organization also provides trainings and other support around food allergy awareness throughout the region.  For more information please go to www.aafastl.org
