Almond Butter Sriracha Dipping Sauce

This is my take on an Asian-style peanut sauce for those of us that are peanut free. I love using this sauce for spring rolls, chicken and rice dishes, and more.

All you have to do is combine the following ingredients into a medium sized mixing bowl and whisk together. Easy!

  • 1/3 cup creamy almond butter
  • 5 tablespoons gluten free soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoons sriracha (more or less depending on how spicy you like it)
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 3.5 teaspoons minced garlic / 3-4 cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons hot water

Depending on the consistency you like – thicker vs. thinner – feel free to add more or less almond butter and oils.
